SmartGolf AIX – Terms of Sale & Return Policy

1. Introduction
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made directly from SmartPlay Innovations Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for the SmartGolf AIX product (“Product”). By purchasing the Product, the purchaser (“you” or “customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms. These Terms do not apply to purchases made through third-party resellers or distributors.

2. Return Eligibility

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or trial periods for SmartGolf AIX units. We accept returns strictly under the following conditions: – The return request is submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
– The Product is unopened, unused, and in pristine, resalable condition.
– All original packaging, inserts, accessories, and materials are included.
– The Product has not been registered, activated, or paired with any application or service.


Returns that do not meet all conditions will be declined.

3. Return Authorisation and Process
To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@smartgolf.co.nz to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). No return will be accepted without prior authorisation. You are responsible for:
– The safe and trackable return shipment of the Product to our designated return centre.
– All shipping and insurance costs associated with the return.
– Ensuring the Product arrives undamaged; damaged or incomplete returns will not be refunded.

4. Refunds
If the returned Product passes inspection:
– A refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
– Refunds will exclude any original shipping costs.
– If the Product fails inspection (used, damaged, or incomplete), no refund will be issued, and the item may be
returned to you at your expense.

5. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns under the following conditions:
– The Product has been opened or used.
– Packaging or components are missing or damaged.
– The Product was purchased through a third-party channel.
– The Product was damaged in transit due to inadequate return packaging.

6. Contact Policy
Support and return enquiries are managed exclusively via email. We do not offer phone support. All correspondence should be sent to support@smartgolf.co.nz.

7. Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Title to the Product remains with us until full
payment has been received. We are not liable for theft, misplacement, or damage occurring after delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties except those expressly set out in writing. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of the Product.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the
time of your purchase will apply.
